Metals
We use the latest laser cutting machinery from Germany to make for excellent and consistent cuts in any metal. Our concept of Advanced Machining is dependent on our use of the latest machine technology, rather than unskilled labor.
Injection Molding
Our mold shop designs, builds, and produces your parts at a fraction of comparative expense. We guarantee that we will repair and maintain your molds at no cost to you….no hidden or surprise expenses.
Solid Surface
Solid surface is a non-porous low-maintenance material used for surfaces such as countertops. It can mimic the appearance of granite, marble, stone, and other naturally occurring materials, and can be joined nearly invisibly by a trained craftsman.
Wood
We utilize CAD/CAM for our wood shop production, inside of a segregated hospital clean cutting and sanding area. All wood finishes available as you specify. We can integrate wood with any other material to achieve your goals.
Acryli
Cut by laser or CAM and laser engraved, or any other decoration required. Gluing, edge cuts and decorations have super clean edges. All colors and materials based on your designs. A favorite material for cosmetic displays and others.
